Why we've partnered
In the US alone, there are 5.4 million people living with Alzheimer's disease and a new diagnosis is made every 68 seconds. As alarming as that is, our mutual vision for a world without Alzheimer's, along with our mission to enable those living with Alzheimer's to thrive at every stage, has brought us together.
Recently, the US government announced new resources in the fight against Alzheimer's in advance of the first National Alzheimer's Plan. We hope that the level of care provided by the dementia care workforce in Illinois can serve as an example as the US implements the National Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease.
