Webinar Series: Alternatives to Seclusion and Restraint Among Special Populations
SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, is holding a six-part webinar series to help promote alternatives to seclusion, restraint, and other forms of coercive interventions among persons with special needs. Starting today, August 14, take advantage of this free series and listen to national experts as well as families who have experienced positive outcomes in seclusion- and restraint-free settings. Get more information and the link to register here.

Also, help SAMHSA.gov bring you information on mental health issues and substance abuse. Until August 19, 2012, you can participate in an anonymous, online card sorting exercise to organize the SAMHSA website. Whether you use the website for personal or professional purposes, your insight is highly valued!
