By Crisis Prevention Institute | Posted on 05.20.2010 | 0 comments
The Georgia State Board of Education is proposing three new rules on topics which include seclusion and restraint, education facility design and construction standards, and high school graduation assessments.

Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption by the State Board of Education. Prior to adoption rules must be formally initiated and submitted for a public review period of at least 30 calendar days.

The State Board of Education will hold a hearing regarding these proposed amendments from 1–2 p.m., June 9, 2010, in the State Board Room at the Georgia Department of Education.
