, which honors the efforts of organizations and community members to stop substance abuse and champion well-being.
In promotion of this observance, SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, is providing a free toolkit packed with resources such as fact sheets and links to support organizations, as well as promotional materials to bolster events such as bike runs, community clean-ups, fashion shows, health fairs, and rallies.
