2010 New Year’s Resolutions

Just like personal resolutions (eg I’m committing to ‘sustained’ exercise!) the change of the calendar allows companies to reflect on some resolutions for the upcoming year. For us there is always the enduring resolution to provide the highest quality programs and products for our customers. But beyond that, CPI does have a few additional focal points for 2010—they are:

  • Lose weight. Tongue in cheek, this means we’re looking at ways to simplify our processes, simplify your interactions with CPI, and cut unnecessary expense from our operations...
  • Travel more. Again, tongue in cheek, our passion is to serve all people, everywhere, and therefore we are doubling our efforts in the UK, Oceania, and Latin America. Not only does this expand our message but it allows us to better consolidate best practices from around the world to improve the CPI experience...
