October is almost over already—and that means National Bullying Prevention Month is almost over, too! October is National Bullying Prevention Month, sponsored since 2006 by the National Bullying Prevention Center. The National Bullying Prevention Center was founded by the PACER (Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights) Center, whose mission is to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life of children and young adults with disabilities and their families, based on the concept of parents helping parents.
