Training Program Guarantee
CPI guarantees your satisfaction with our training programs. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will send you a full refund.

 

Training Program Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. Registrations cancelled 15 or more days prior to the program start date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or transferable to a program at a later date. Registrations that are cancelled within 14 days of the program start date are nonrefundable; however, a substitute can be sent to that program or the registration can be transferred to another CPI program conducted within four months of the original program date for a $35 administrative fee. If you do not attend, you are responsible for the full program fee.

 

CPI reserves the right to cancel a program. In the event of program cancellation, CPI’s responsibility will be limited to a refund of the program fees.

 

Product Return PolicyCPI’s Customer Care Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To initiate a return, please call our office at 800.558.8976 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Form, which must accompany all returns.

 

Tax-Exempt Organizations

In order for you to avoid sales tax charges, CPI must have a copy of your tax-exempt certificate on file. Please fax a copy to 414.979.7098 or email it to info@crisisprevention.com.
