The clinician is guided through the process of extracting key observations from activity performance in order to identify [indicators of] dementia stage/Allen level. Further Allen Assessments can confirm score. Scoring is simple as the client may be functional at the highest stage in which the majority of boxes (representing a functional ability observed) are checked.
