Unfortunately, not all problem situations can be solved using preventive methods. Volume II of this series for bus drivers deals with situations where drivers are confronted with out-of-control students who become violent and do not respond to other forms of intervention.

• Respond to fights which may break out on school buses.
• Deal with situations involving weapons.
• Use the time after a crisis as a tool to prevent future crises.
