Ontario Bill 168 now known as Section 32 of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario OHSA) was finalized as law and went into effect for Ontario employers on June 15, 2010.  It represents a significant change in how, and to what extent, both workplace violence and harassment are regulated in Ontario workplaces.

Organizations that are committed to a safe and respectful work environment for staff, visitors, clients, and guests realize that the workplace culture directly impacts the satisfaction, security, and morale of employees.
