Empower Dementia Care Partners.
Create a continuity of dementia care philosophy and approach through the implementation of our interdisciplinary dementia training using a cost-effective train-the-trainer format. This training prepares interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered, abilities-based care that improves function, safety, and quality of life.

This interdisciplinary training is designed for all care partners involved in dementia care, including therapists, administrators, facility educators, dementia program directors, nurses, CNAs, social workers, and activities, dietary, housekeeping, and other support staff.

All groups attend the same session on the first day, but the Care Partner Applications and Instructor Program participants continue with more in-depth training and practical techniques on the second day. Instructor Program participants go on to a third day of training to develop their skills and learn to conduct in-house programs of their own.
