One-Day Dementia Capable Care: Foundation

It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure this course meets your CEU requirements prior to registration.

Nurses: Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP11542. Foundation course is 7 contact hours. Nurses attending this course should be aware that no partial credit can be granted. Nurses from other states should check with their state’s board of nursing requirements as sometimes reciprocal agreements are available to allow for continuing education approved by one state to be allowable for another.
 

Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants: Provider #4006; up to .7 CEUs can be earned for the Foundation course. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of
specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.
 

Speech Language Pathologists: The Foundation course is offered for .7 ASHA CEUs (Introductory Level, Professional Area).
