Q. What is Instructor Certification?
A. With successful completion of the Three-Day Instructor Programme, Instructors are certified to purchase and use CPI training materials to teach the seven-hour One-Day Foundation Course within their own organisations.
Q. Who can become certified?
A. Any professional who wants to enhance the quality of life and level of independence for those with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and who has the desire to teach others.
Q. How does one become certified?
A. A professional becomes certified by successfully completing the Three-Day Instructor Programme. All health professionals are invited to become certified.

A. Certification allows an organisation to create a consistent abilities-based approach among all staff for treatment of those with Alzheimer's and related dementias so that clients can achieve their functional and emotional potentials.
Q. Can Dementia Capable Care training be customised to my organisation's needs?
A. Our team possesses the skills and experience to work with the interdisciplinary teams in care homes. Our services can include a competency and/or needs assessment and/or training as follow-up to initial training programmes. Please contact us so that we can discuss your individual needs.
Q. Can CPI deliver Dementia Capable Care training at my workplace so my employees don't need to travel?
A. We can bring this course directly to your facility or organisation. On-site training is an effective option if you have a number of staff members who need training. Just pick a date that's convenient for you and we'll handle the rest of the details. Training can be scheduled to fit your schedule, at a time and location that's most convenient for staff.
