Three-Day Instructor Programme
The training choice of most facilities is the Three-Day Instructor Programme. This option allows select employees certification to purchase and use CPI's training materials to teach the seven-hour One-Day Foundation Course within their organisations.

What is Instructor Certification?
The Instructor Programme is a train-the-trainer programme. With successful completion, Instructors become certified to purchase and use CPI training materials to teach the seven-hour One-Day Foundation Course within their organisations. Instructors are also offered continual support for meeting ongoing training requirements and maintaining certification. The training creates a congruent culture of care that prioritises the use of remaining abilities and individuality.

Who can become certified?
Any professional who has the passion to enhance the quality of life and level of independence for those with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and who has the desire to teach others. All health professionals are invited to become certified, including occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, nurses, social workers, administrators, activities, and other support staff.

How does one become certified?
A professional becomes certified to teach the One-Day Foundation Course by successfully completing the Three-Day Instructor Programme.
