With a core philosophy of providing for the Care, Welfare, Safety, and SecuritySM of everyone involved in a crisis situation, the program’s proven strategies give human service providers and educators the skills to safely and effectively respond to anxious, hostile, or violent behavior while balancing the responsibilities of care.
Please note: The first three days of the program run from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The last day of the program runs from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Each day includes a one-hour lunch break. Please check in at least 15 minutes before the program begins.
