Professional Staff Instructors
The Professional Staff Instructors at CPI are a dynamic group of trainers who bring a diversity of experience and knowledge to all our training programs.
All Professional Staff Instructors have at least a bachelor’s degree and several have a master’s degree. Our Professional Staff Instructors have direct, professional experience in education, drug and alcohol counseling, health care, mental health, social work, administration, residential care, corrections, and working with youth and individuals with developmental delays.
Professional Staff Instructors are skilled at presenting and customizing the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training program to meet the needs of market-specific audiences and individual program participants.
And not only have our trainers come from a multitude of professions, they also teach the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® program in a wide variety of settings ranging from elementary schools to universities, mental health facilities to hospitals, day care centers to long-term care facilities, and police academies to maximum security prisons.
