IANCICI's founding principles are based on those from the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention^® training program, which promote a holistic approach to managing even the most violent behavior. This approach has impacted the lives of millions of human service and business professionals who have participated in the training, as well as on the lives of those in their care. And the approach has been proven to work.
