Training Program Guarantee

  • Feel Confident about Your Investment with Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Not satisfied with your learning experience? Whatever the reason for your dissatisfaction, CPI will allow you to retake the same titled training at no cost.
  • To be eligible for the no cost retake, the following conditions must be met:
    • CPI’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to publicly scheduled and publicly available CPI Instructor Led Training classes.
    • In the event that a student who has completed such a class and been present for all of the offering is not, in their reasonable opinion, satisfied with the class, then the student must notify CPI by emailing us at info@crisisprevention.com within 30 business days following completion of the class.
    • CPI will then permit the student to retake the same version of the same class title (or at the student's option, the equivalent class provided online, if available) once more for free within 6 months following CPI’s receipt of the notification (or if it is not available during such 6 month period, as soon as the class is available thereafter).
  • Additional Terms and Conditions: The Satisfaction Guarantee program does not apply: (i) to the retaken class and (ii) if the student is not able to satisfy the above criteria for reasons beyond CPI’s reasonable control. CPI is not responsible for any applicable transportation costs, lodging costs, or other expenses or costs related to the retaken class. CPI has the option, at its sole discretion, of providing a refund for the class fees in lieu of permitting a class retake if for any reason, including scheduling, CPI considers a refund to be appropriate. This is the sole remedy and CPI’s exclusive liability in the event that a student is not satisfied with the class.

Training Program Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. Registrations cancelled 15 or more days prior to a program start date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or transferable to a program at a later date. Registrations that are cancelled within 14 days of the program start date are nonrefundable; however, a substitute can be sent to that program or the registration can be transferred to another CPI program conducted within four months of the original program date for a $35 administrative fee. If you do not attend, you are responsible for the full program fee.

CPI reserves the right to cancel a program. In the event of program cancellation, CPI’s responsibility will be limited to a refund of the program fees.

Product Return PolicyCPI’s Customer Care Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To initiate a return, please call our office at 800.558.8976 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Form, which must accompany all returns. Tax-Exempt Organizations

In order for you to avoid sales tax charges, CPI must have a copy of your tax-exempt certificate on file. Please email a copy to info@crisisprevention.com.

Shipping & Handling Information

CPI ships materials Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order by 3:00 p.m. CT, your items will ship the same day. If you place your order after 3:00 p.m. CT, your order will ship the following business day. This applies to standard and rush orders.
