Heather works with all of CPI’s teams on communication initiatives for both current and prospective customers. Prior to joining CPI, she spent seven years in a variety of roles at a digital marketing agency, where she dabbled in project management, content strategy, and learned just enough HTML code to make her slightly dangerous. Outside of CPI, she plays clarinet (and helps with the marketing) for the Knightwind Ensemble
Favorite CPI Memory
My favorite CPI memory happens once a year—Staff Day. Each January, we get together on a Saturday to celebrate successes from the previous year, recognize milestone work anniversaries, and plan for the year ahead. It’s a unique and inspirational bonding experience for the entire company.
