Lesley Rynders

Global Professional Manager With CPI since 2003

“We all have our own feelings, emotions, values, interests, and stress levels. All of these aspects can create conflict and crisis. But, if we step back, and remember that we all feel emotions; that we all get stressed out; then we can create compassion as well. Which leads to successful interventions. And to our greatest intention: Prevention.”

Lesley has been sharing the CPI philosophy for 15 years. She loves working with her team of Global Professional Instructors, but that doesn’t keep her from training our Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® and Dementia Capable Care programs, since she also loves working with our customers. With a bachelor’s degree in social work, she has experience as a case manager and has worked in various departments in long-term care. Her interests include trauma-informed care, policy development, and kale.
