Kate Keefe has been a Global Professional Instructor with CPI since 2013, teaching the Dementia Capable Care program to therapists and other professional care partners. Her journey with Dementia Care Specialists began in 2002, when she attended the Dementia Therapy Applications course to support her work in geri-psych and long-term care. She went on to complete the Certified Instructor program (one of the courses that she now teaches), and in 2003, she became certified as a Master Clinician in Dementia Therapy. Kate truly loves being able to help other healthcare professionals deepen their understanding and their work with persons living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
