Matthew Laska

Matt Laska, M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, has professionally advocated for others’ needs since 2002. He has served in management roles in adult community care, ABA therapy, residential treatment for youth, nursing home care, and both inpatient and outpatient therapy for all ages and abilities. Matt has been a Lead Global Professional Instructor for CPI since early 2012. In addition to Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training, he also facilitates CPI’s Trauma-Informed Care program. Matt’s interests include camping and anything outdoors, constantly challenging his body and mind, cooking and of course eating, and appreciating the many perspectives of the human experience both in his travels and in his personal life.
