Minnesota HB 3813 to Appropriate $2.75M for PBIS

Minnesota HB 3813 was introduced on April 7, 2016 and would provide a one-time appropriation of $2.75M for implementation of schoolwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in schools and districts throughout Minnesota to reduce the use of restrictive procedures and increase use of positive practices.
