Q. How do I access the on-demand recording of this webinar?
A. After the webinar is aired live, it takes approximately five working days to upload the on-demand recording to our site. Once that is completed, we will send all registrants a link to continuous access of the recording if they chose to view it again.


Q. Can I listen to the audio through my computer speakers?
Yes. We offer Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), which allows you to hear the audio through your computer and eliminates the need for a phone. However, if you can’t hear sound through your computer, you also have the opportunity to receive the audio over your phone. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a toll-free line for over the phone audio.


Q. How do I download my Presentation Notes?
A. You will receive a reminder email from GoToWebinar approximately one day prior to the event, which will also include a link to the Presentation Notes download page. If you don't receive this link prior to the event, please email and let us know.


Q. How early do I need to click into the webinar?
A. We advise you to click the link in the reminder email you receive 10–15 minutes prior to the start of the event. This gives you enough time to assure everything is working properly. You will want to confirm that you can get to the webinar waiting room (a small piece of software needs to be downloaded onto your computer) and that your audio is working.


Q. What is GoToWebinar?
A. GoToWebinar is the software service provider we use to deliver our webinars. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation (within two business days of your registration) from GoToWebinar. As the event nears, you will also receive reminder emails that include a link to join the presentation.


Q. It's less than seven days until the live presentation and I have not received a confirmation from GoToWebinar. What should I do?
Please email  and let us know if this occurs. Sometimes junk mail filters will mistakenly catch these emails before you can see them. You need to be able to receive emails from GoToWebinar so you can receive your special link to the webinar.


Q. Can I ask questions during the presentation?
. If time permits, the moderator may ask for questions from participants during the presentation. Of course, if you have a technical question at any time, we will do our best to respond in a timely manner.


Q. How long is this presentation?
A. Since this is a live event, we do not have an exact time, but please set aside approximately one hour for the presentation.


Q. Will I be able to interact with other participants at this event?
A. There is no chat functionality available at this time.
