Important Registration Information

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. Registrations cancelled 15 or more days prior to the program start date are fully refundable, transferable to another individual, or transferable to a program at a later date. Registrations that are cancelled within 14 days of the program start date are non-refundable; however, a substitute can be sent to that program or the registration can be transferred to another CPI program conducted within four months of the original program date for a $35 US/$40 CDN administrative fee. If you do not attend, you are responsible for the full program fee.
