We’re stronger together.
By the year 2050, almost 15 million Americans will be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. In order to properly care for these individuals we’re going to need to join together with our hearts, passion, and skills. It won’t be easy—but together we can do it.
Help create a Dementia Capable Society.
We believe that by joining forces we are reaching a higher purpose: To help those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias to live a life full of love, joy, and compassion. Organizations partner with us because they believe in creating a Dementia Capable Society, one where awareness and caring match up with skills and training.
We’ve partnered with such organizations as the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter; American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC); and the Allen Cognitive Network. We’ve also partnered with architectural firms to help develop facilities that are dementia friendly.
The power of our partnerships allows us to:
- Improve care and outcomes.
- Promote research.
- Share knowledge to build skills.
- Touch lives.
- Deliver training to enhance confidence.
- Offer resources.
- Provide consultation to integrate skills into practice.
- Make a difference.
