California Department of Social Services, Administrator Certification Section (ACS)

 

The California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division Administrator Certification Section (ACS) has approved CPI as a vendor to provide continuing education training courses to administrators and certificate holders to qualify them for renewal of their administrator certificates. Participants must complete sign-in/sign-out forms, Participant Application forms, and Evaluation forms. After each eligible program, CPI will provide participants with "Kent Certificates of Completion" and "Transcript Request Forms."

 

Please note! It is not required that participants be affiliated with Kent ISD in order to obtain credits from the Department of Education. Kent is simply our cosponsor.

Participants must complete an attendance form each day, complete a "Clock Hour Request Form" and submit it, along with an evaluation form, to the Global Professional Instructor with the payment indicated on the "Clock Hour Information" form.
