Ready to take our train-the-trainer program so you can teach your colleagues best practices? Choose from two simple ways to become a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention℠ Certified Instructor.
Classroom Training:
The Four-Day Instructor Certification Program
This option gives you four days of live, in-person classroom training. It's the classic way to become a Certified Instructor. If you prefer to do all your learning face-to-face, or you have a little more time in your schedule, this is the option for you.
Online & Classroom (Blended) Training:
The One-Day Online and Three-Day In-Class Instructor Certification Program
This option saves you one day away from your organization. It gives you an Online Course portion and a Classroom Learning portion. You start with two to three hours of online learning in the comfort of your own surroundings at a time that works for you. Then you attend three days of live, in-person classroom training.
Not only does this option give you the most flexibility, it’s an easy way to see how blended training can help you teach when you get back to work. Because when you start conducting your own trainings for your colleagues, they too can front-load their learning online, before they get to the classroom.
Whichever option you choose, you'll learn the same content. Whether you go classroom or blended—it's up to you!
