Overview

Safety Interventions Foundation Renewal programme meets the Certified Instructors need to refresh their understanding and competency to continue onward delivery to staff within their organisation.

There are two steps to the blended Safety Intervention Foundation Renewal Training:

  1. Complete the Safety Interventions Online Course prior to the face-to-face programme date.
  2. Attend the one-day in-person training programme event.

How It Works

  1. Pre-Training: Safety Intervention Foundation Online Course (3-4 hours)

    Before your in-person training begins, you must complete an online course. This course, which is a prerequisite to attending your in-person training event, sets the foundation for future sessions by reviewing course content, digging deeper behind CPI modules, and discussing important facilitation strategies to maximise your trainings. You will receive an invitation to complete the online portion of training approximately 10 days before your in-person training event.

  2. In-Person Training (1 Day)

    You will attend an in-class, interactive instruction session led by a Global Professional Instructor (GPI). In the classroom you will apply course content through a variety of activities, explore workplace scenarios with your peers, and work interactively with a GPI to discuss facilitation strategies.
