Classroom Culture Training is for all teachers and school staff interested in improving the culture within each classroom. This training provides practical techniques to implement consistent and sustainable principles that create a calm and respectful environment. Delivery can be tailored to suit the school and we now offer a one-day, on-site, whole school INSET that can work alongside the virtual Instructor Certification Programme.
CPI Verbal Intervention™ (formerly an element of MAPA®) training is ideal for schools or academies that require a completely non-physical approach to intervention. This training focuses on de-escalation strategies resulting in safe, non-restrictive interventions.
CPI Safety Intervention™ formerly known as MAPA® training incorporates trauma-informed and person-centred approaches. The programme is the perfect solution for teachers and other school staff who need to prevent and/or intervene in crisis situations.
These advanced programmes, formerly known as MAPA® , are specifically designed for schools or academies that support individuals who are more likely to demonstrate more complex or extreme risk behaviours.
