Classroom Culture Training

Classroom Culture Training is for all education professionals interested in fostering a positive culture within each classroom. This training can be tailored to suit the school and provides practical techniques to implement consistent and sustainable principles that create a calm and respectful environment.

We now offer a one-day, onsite, whole school Classroom Culture INSET that can work alongside the virtual Instructor Certification Programme if desired.

Enhance your Classroom Culture Training by adding a Behaviour Health Check and Hearts & Minds INSET Day.

Benefits of Classroom Culture Certification

Leverage Existing Behaviour Management Initiatives

Classroom Culture fits effortlessly into your existing behaviour management initiatives—providing five core principles that are both easy to adopt as well as implement. Your current educational climate is now strengthened with Crisis Prevention Institute’s proven behaviour management techniques that are backed by our 40+ years as an industry leader in crisis intervention.

Limit Your Staff’s Time Out of the Classroom

Delivering Classroom Culture in a 100% virtual format removes any need for in-person instruction. This allows you to eliminate travel expenses and cut down on your staff’s time out of the classroom.

Reduce Complexity – Reduce Disruptive Behaviours

Classroom Culture applies a common framework that provides your teachers and staff with sustainable and practical standards for implementing. As staff use these consistently across the board, they become more effective in preventing and mitigating disruptive behaviours, all while fostering positive student/teacher relationships.

Classroom Culture Solutions

Enhance your Classroom Culture Training by adding a Behaviour Health Check and Hearts & Minds INSET Day.

Behaviour Health Check includes an audit of your current practices resulting in written documentation of strengths and opportunities for immediate and medium-term focus. One of our behaviour specialists will visit your school/college to observe behaviour, look at interactions between staff and students, speak to adults and young people, conduct an environmental audit and observe learners in lessons and transitions at break and lunch time. Reflections are based on the 5 Principles of Classroom Culture.

Hearts & Minds INSET is an opportunity to introduce your whole school to the principles of Classroom Culture, focusing on equipping staff with the tools to successfully implement a Calm, Consistent Classroom Culture. This interactive, half-day session is designed to motivate and positively influence teachers, school staff, and leadership alike. This INSET shows how to reflect on individual practices and identify a clear understanding of what makes change difficult to embrace. It offers a clear, identifiable catalyst for a transformation in culture.
