Our Training Approach

Once you have registered with us, our team trains your staff and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively teach your organisation. This is our training framework — train-the-trainer — that turns employees into in-house behaviour leads.

Deaf Awareness

At CPI, we are committed to deaf awareness. We have BSL trained instructors and can deliver the majority of our programmes alongside BSL interpreters. Our trainers can communicate in BSL where necessary. This is available on request.
