Our face-to-face UK conference is back for 2023!

As much as we enjoyed the virtual conferences we delivered in 2021, we know how much our customers and Certified Instructors value the networking options and overall experience that an in-person event brings.

So, we’re excited to announce that this year’s conference will be in Manchester on Thursday 25th May and is called Collaborating for Change - Understanding Behaviour Challenges: How Experts by Experience Improve Outcomes.

We’ll be bringing together experts by experience, and their stories of positive outcomes, from across the education, healthcare and social care sectors and beyond.

As we’ve done previously, existing customers will receive added value to their CPI training and will be able to get a discounted rate when tickets are booked early.

Certified Instructors and training commissioners at our customer organisations should have received their promo code by email so check your inboxes for conference information. If you haven’t received it, do let us know by emailing communications@crisisprevention.com.

We’ll also be inviting non-customers to further develop collaboration and enhance the networking opportunities so to do this we’ve collaborated with leading events producer Open Forum Events who will help us to deliver a really valuable event with plenty of takeaways whatever sector you work in.

The event will feature keynotes and 10+ workshops for delegates to choose from. A wide range of topics will be covered including:
  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Mental Health
  • Exclusion and Isolation
  • Partnership Working
  • Influencing Change
  • Conflict Reduction
  • Training To Support Culture Change
With a focus on behaviour challenges, the event will identify current and future practices that will serve to develop collaborative working, improve outcomes of reduced conflict and violence, and work to making communities and workplaces safer.

How to book

You can access more details about the conference programme and speakers and book your tickets via the event webpage. There’s also an option to hold tickets if you’re awaiting sign off on funding.
