De‑escalation and Behaviour Management Training for your Organisation

Founded in 1980, Crisis Prevention Institute recently opened an office in Dubai to collaborate with organisations to maintain a culture of safety, prosperity and an absence of intolerance in communities via effective and practical de-escalation and prevention training. We are now delivering across the UAE and the Middle East region.

We offer a training framework — train-the-trainer — that turns employees into in-house behaviour or crisis prevention leads. These leads are your CPI Certified Instructors who then teach other members of your organisation.

The idea that behaviour influences behaviour means that our thoughts shape our behaviour choices which in turn affects other people’s thoughts and therefore their choices and so on. When one person’s actions shape and influence someone else's actions, it creates a loop where behaviours strengthen and impact each other. The concept is at the heart of all our training programmes. We call it the “Integrated Experience".
