MAPA to Safety Intervention

Many of our customers know our training programme as MAPA^®, which was established in 1988. Over the years, CPI has updated its core programmes to align with RRN standards. In 2021, we restructured MAPA^® into two programmes: Verbal Intervention^™ and Safety Intervention^™, separating prevention from physical interventions. This change allows organisations to tailor the training to their level of risk.
