"Every behaviour has a story. By understanding, we empower; by supporting, we transform.”
Topics of Expertise
A crisis moment is a critical point in time when a situation escalates to the level of significant instability or danger, requiring immediate attention and appropriate intervention. This can be driven by challenging behaviours. In this session, Chris focuses on how training equips professionals to de-escalate crises, respond effectively and ensure the safety and dignity of everyone involved.
Work-based training holds immense power because it bridges the gap between theory and practice, allowing professionals to apply new management skills directly within their roles. It fosters continuous growth, enhances job performance, and promotes a culture of learning and adaptability. In this session, Chris will show you that, by addressing real-world challenges and providing practical solutions, work-based training not only improves individual competency but also strengthens organisational effectiveness, empowering teams to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
A corrupt culture refers to an organisational or societal environment where unethical behaviour, dishonesty and misconduct are normalised or even encouraged. In this workshop, Chris will present how in such a culture, practices like bribery, favouritism, exploitation, lack of accountability and disregard for rules or integrity are prevalent. Participants will understand how this can erode trust, harm morale and negatively impact both individuals and the organisation as a whole.
