As you prepare to lead training
When you’re getting ready to deliver, we move from onboarding to practicalities, making preparation straightforward and focused on outcomes. We’ll help you:
- Locate all the right resources (slides, guidance notes, handouts) in one place.
- Order participant materials in good time, with advice on quantities and editions for mixed teams.
- Plan your delivery: session sequencing, time allocations and adapting to different roles (e.g., classroom staff vs. senior leaders; ward teams vs. community settings).
- Manage set-up and participant success, including room layout, accessibility considerations, pre-course communications and how to capture attendance.
- Issue Blue Card® recognition correctly and consistently, so participants understand what they’ve achieved and how to apply it.

An Instructor Success Webinar Right When You Need It.
For instructors about to start training others, we run a short, practical Instructor Success Webinar dedicated to onward delivery. Bring your final questions on pacing, tricky concepts and sector-specific examples: leave with clear answers and a polished plan you can deliver with confidence.
Ongoing support as a Certified Instructor
After delivery day, you’re still supported by a responsive partnership, so you can sustain practice, evidence impact and keep your programme current.

- Help to document training (what to record, how to store it and what matters for audit and reflection).
