Finding the Right Training for Your Organization

We have a few questions about your industry/profession and the behaviors you face. Providing that information helps us determine the optimal CPI training program options.

Select a Program

You’ll select the CPI program that best aligns with your organization’s needs, with an option to enhance your training with trauma, mental health, and autism spectrum disorder content.

Schedule Your Training

From the list of options provided, you’ll schedule a training date and location, as well as determine how many employees you wish to train as Certified Instructors.

Purchase or Share

You can select to either purchase your order or share the order summary within your organization. This includes an overview of everything you will need to become certified and begin training.

Renewing Your CPI Certification

Certified Instructors renew every two years to keep their certification current. Renewal refreshes your skills and scenarios, and you can add specialty content, such as autism or trauma, when you renew. Find and book the renewal program in the format and location that works for you.
