CPI Workplace Violence Prevention Training Giveaway Official Rules Sponsor Information
The Sponsor of this giveaway is Crisis Prevention Institute (“CPI”) located at 10850 W. Park Place, Suite 250, Milwaukee, WI 53224.
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
- All participants must currently work in a health care facility in the U.S. or Canada.
- CPI employees are not eligible to enter.
- Winners must be employed with a health care organization that does not have any delinquent payments with a current CPI contract (if applicable).
Entry Period
- This promotion begins on October 13, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CST, and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST.
How to Enter
- Eligible entrants can enter the Giveaway by completing the 10-question Workplace Violence Prevention Training survey and submitting the entry form located here.
- Limit one (1) entry per person.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor from all eligible entries received.
- The drawing will take place on January 15, 2026.
- Winners will be notified via email. Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices. Sponsor shall not be liable for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
- Winners must claim their prize within one (1) month of notification (by February 15, 2026), or an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds
- The total number of entries received determines the odds of winning.
Prize Details
- Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) free seat at a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Instructor Certification Program (the “Prize”). The giveaway sponsor will work directly with each winner to select a mutually agreeable location for the free training program.
- Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize: $4,699.00. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
- Winner must redeem Prize within 12 months of notification.
- Winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending the NCI™ ICP, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, and transportation.
- Redemption is subject to program availability and CPI’s standard terms and conditions.

General Conditions
- CPI reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.
- CPI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules.
- CPI is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or any injury or damage to participants or their property related to participation or prize use.
- By entering, participants release CPI from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
- CPI shall not be liable for any failure to conduct the giveaway or provide the prize due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
Privacy
- Data collected will be used to select winners and to inform CPI’s Workplace Violence Prevention Training Annual Report.
