The new CPI Class Management and Documentation workflow has been developed with feedback from our customers with the goal of simplifying class setup and documentation.

With the new Class Management and Documentation workflow, you will:

  • Find it much easier to set up classes, enroll learners and document training. If you teach a blended programme using CPI Learning, you no longer need to enter learner information twice.
  • Have capabilities that allow you to add and remove participants and modify participant and class information—without the need to contact Customer Care.
  • Have the flexibility to submit individual documentation records rather than waiting for all learner records to be complete.
  • Enjoy improved search functionalities and reporting capabilities for individual learners.
  • Have the option to import up to 200 learners at once when setting up or documenting a class.

Yes, you can edit the information of any Active class. You may add, delete and modify participant information; class details and expiration dates can also be modified. Once a class has been Archived (i.e., its expiration date has passed), its information can no longer be modified.

When you create your class, select Combined (Initial/Refresher) from the Type of Training dropdown list.

Go to your list of Active and Archived list of Classes. In the upper right-hand side of the screen, click the View Prior CPI Learning History button. This will provide a list of your blended classes. Refer to How to Transfer a Blended Training Class in the guide or watch the video above for instructions.
