CPI Verbal Intervention Training

CPI Verbal Intervention incorporates trauma-informed and person-centred approaches. The programme, which was formerly an element of MAPA®, trains staff to respond to crisis situations with a focus on prevention using verbal de-escalation skills and strategies where restraint is inappropriate.
